Cars & Black Coffee
First Saturday car meet built to put a new Charlotte coffee shop on the map. Equal billing with the paidnfull car club, AI produced creative, and a 3D walkthrough of the real shop people can explore from their phone.
Cars & Black Coffee is a first Saturday car meet built to put a brand new Charlotte coffee shop on the map. Sparkhouse Coffee and paidnfull car club get equal billing, so paidnfull's people show up for their own event, not a coffee promo. I served as creative director: the idea, the partnership, the AI driven creative, and a digital activation people can walk through from their phone.
The whole campaign was produced by one person in a few weeks. I shot and edited the promo videos myself and used AI across concept, copy, visual assets, and print so a small coffee shop could get agency level creative on a real budget. The centerpiece is clubhaus704, a 3D walkthrough of paidnfull's real shop that teaches tire and oil basics as you explore it, modeled and coded with AI tools and built to run in any browser.
The output looks easy. The prep is where the time actually goes: moodboarding the look before anything gets generated, dialing in lighting and sound on the shoots so the AI assisted edit has something real to work with, and rerunning prompts and burning credits until a shot is actually usable, not just close. None of that shows up in the final thirty seconds. It is most of the job.
Four to five local vendors bought a spot at the event, each paired with logo placement inside the promo videos, which funded the coasters, flyers, and the walkthrough itself. City permits, vendor coordination, and the physical materials were all handled by the creative director, so Sparkhouse only had to show up and make coffee.
The event runs October 24, 2026. Results land here after.
